A fusion dish that combines rich & creamy butter chicken with crunchy tortilla chips––a delicious way to enjoy two family favourites. This finger-licking meal is sure to be a hit on game night!


Ingredients
1 bag (11 oz/340 g)
tortilla chips
1 recipe prepared
Butter Chicken, warmed
34 cup
grated mozzarella cheese
12 cup prepared
Roasted Garlic Aioli
2 tbsp
milk or water, optional
2 cups
baby spinach

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Arrange chips on Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.
  2. Layer chips with butter chicken. Top with cheese. 
  3. Bake until cheese is melted, about 8–10 min.
  4. Meanwhile, combine aioli with milk to thin, if desired.
  5. Top warm nachos with spinach; drizzle with aioli.
Tips

Make it veggie and swap chicken for chickpeas when preparing Butter Chicken.

Serve with 1 cup sliced veggies, your choice.
