  • Place the sliced cucumbers and green onions in a large bowl. Season with Salt and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, combine the vinegar, honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  • Add the dressing to the cucumbers. Stir to combine.
  • Top with nutritional yeast sprinkle and serve.
